Red Cap the Alicorn Raptor

Red Cap is a magic deficient Alicorn and the #2 wing pony of the Line Ark Raptors, the Pegasus division of the rebellion against Princess Celestia.  Red Cap was born on a technological cloud city rumored to be part of Cloudsdale.  She lived in that cloud city until it separated from Cloudsdale sparking the start of the Pegasus War about 5 years before Princess Luna's return.  Although mysteriously born an Alicorn, Red Cap refused to learn any magic completely convinced that technology was superior.  Red Cap's involvement in the Pegasus War included stripping Cloudsdale of all their technology giving her home city the edge.  She, however, came to a humiliating defeat against one of Princess Celestia's students, after she ordered a stop to the war, costing Red Cap her hoof and being forced to flee along with her best friend Rough Cut to an isolated city build on the ocean Eternaty's Crossing known as Line Ark.  There, she and Red Cap became part of the Pegasus division of Line Ark's air force known as The Raptors who are dedicated to overthrowing Princess Celestia's rule.  Red Cap herself, has her sights set on Cloudsdale. 

Red Cap was introduced into the Raptor's Allegory Manipulation (AMS) Systems which are mechanized weapons carried on their backs penetrating their spinal cords and thus making the machines part of their body movement.  Although Red Cap uses no magic, her large wingspan gives her the ability to carry a massive Gatling cannon system in addition to her retractable crystal blades.  Without her AMS, Red Cap is considered to be the fastest flying Alicorn in Equestria.  Compared to the rest of the flying Pegasi however, she ranks 10 out of 30.

General Comments

omg I actually submitted something.  Once again, still cannot get the eyes right.  This is actually the ponified version of my Meek fav.me/d2pjfah I had the idea of a Pegasus version of her, but her massive Gatling cannon system I kept thinking of how a Pegasus would be able to carry it.  So I figured, an Alicorn instead.  And in order to keep her from getting an edge:  mop off magic.  Also instead of laser blades, crystal blades instead.  I know I have a lot of work to do, but school I must prioritize.  I really wish I could do more though...

I still have not decided on the cutie mark.
